然后再买就不停的锁死paypal，让操作解锁
锁了三次，解锁了三次，体验越来越差！

TARGET $150 的显示有$12 EBUCKS，但买两张不让用EGC付账。最后改成买一张倒是把
前面输入的EGC都用上了，很奇怪，这是什么限制造成的？
另外以前好像也有这种情况，买多了不让用EBAY GC付。我感觉跟我PAYPAL账户里面有
多少现金BALANCE有关，EBAY GC付款不能超过PAYPAL账户余额。是有这种情况吗？
前面输入的EGC都用上了，很奇怪，这是什么限制造成的？

TARGET EGC可以到店里面用的，还可以换成实体卡。
