其实这个人想在很多机器上把某个db下的tmp目录删掉
结果他写了个校本，cd xxx/db/tmp;rm -rf *
但没有注意到有些机器上没有tmp目录
结果把大批重要数据删除并且无法恢复了
大家说这事情到底是谁的责任？

网上申请HSA的时候（HSA Bank），没问我医疗保险的号，只问了我的deductible，然
后过几天就给我寄来了HSA的文件和debit card。但我问公司，被告知我们的plan不
qualify HSA。
请问，HSA只是单纯看医疗保险的deductible，还是说还需要看其他方面？从目前在HSA
Bank网上申请开户的情况看，他家只看deductible。不过在另外的HSA的网上开户，是
被要求提供保险信息的。
哪位给个解答？谢谢！

找个软件恢复不难的

我开HSA不是为了增值，确实家里面有较大的医疗开销，所以HSA的目地是为了让这部分
医疗开销免税，所以打算把税后的钱存进去。

没有备份怎么办？有很多数据都是最近的。

好像2500 deductible 就可以qualify hsa。报税的时候会问，如果不qualify，开了
存了也没用。

耍这个小聪明从来没用。现在钻空子报税的时候补。报税时钻空子被audit时补，然后
再罚。

我的保险的deductible是够了的，就是不知道要qualify HDHP (high deductible
health plan)是不是还有其他额外要求。给我们公司做保险的humana的代理跟我说我们
的plan与HSA不comptatible。公司的CFO也说没有HSA。现在不sure的是，他们说的到底
是我们公司没有offer HSA（确实公司没有sponsor或者指定某一家HSA），还是说我自
己去外面单独买HSA我们公司的保险也不qualify。
看来得自己去看看IRS对HSA的eligibility的相关规定。

还是说你想存钱进去投资，然后增值的部分用于medical cost。。。。

报税的时候退税啊，
1040的Line 25：“Health Savings Account deduction”，这个用于降低你的
adjusted gross income。

当然，要是烙印IT，就得让大烙印
出手保，然后再把大烙印整得一起滚蛋。
要是某IT是老中老美，人缘一般或者还好，
就集体保他吧。
这种情况就是靠人缘，平常多帮助别人。
没有人是永远正确的。

公司的责任最大，这种重要数据不设置权限，而且任何人都可以执行rm *这种命令？IT
应该有也备份。
总之这个事情里面删除的人责任反而最小，工作上避免不了误操作，怎么防止这种情况
发生就是公司和manager的责任了。

硬盘坏了也是可以修复的。上次我的硬盘坏了，先是用各种软件都取不出来data，后来
找了专门的公司花了一千多块钱，把里面的data取出来了，最后是大概10%Data损坏了
，恢复了90%。

我的理解是，如果公司提供FSA，MRA，HCSA之类的，就不能同时有HSA了。

rm -rf 这种东西也敢乱写
曾经我虚拟机在虚拟机root下执行rm -rf
本以为万无一失反正虚拟机
结果...虚拟机默认可读写挂载host机器C盘

如果你参加了FSA，就不能同时参加HSA。

比较让人无语的是下面这条：如果你的insurance plan里面的deductible有individual
的也有family的，则要求individual的那项deductible要与irs的family
plandeductible来比较，小于后者则也不能qualify HSA。。。
There are some family plans that have deductibles for both the family as a
whole and for individual family members. Under these plans, if you meet the
individual deductible for one family member, you don’t have to meet the
higher annual deductible amount for the family. If either the deductible for
the family as a whole or the deductible for an individual family member is
less than the minimum annual deductible for family coverage, the plan doesn
’t qualify as an HDHP.
Example.(p4)
You have family health insurance coverage in 2017. The annual deductible for
the family plan is $3,500. This plan also has an individual deductible of $
1,500 for each family member. The plan doesn’t qualify as an HDHP because
the deductible for an individual family member is less than the minimum
annual deductible ($2,600) for family coverage.
