如果看中的房子被租用，合同签到五月，目前房客在找房子租。
可以要求他close escrow三天以后就搬走吗？万一房客不合作，是不是提前45-60天给
notice，合同一到期就可以要求他搬走？如果他赖着不走，赶走的难度有多大？
准备给个offer，里面怎样加入条款保护自己？多谢了

you need to get a copy of current contract from the seller. you may not be
able to force the renter out before the contract expired. Ask your agent
about local law and be careful or you may get suited.

要是房客不合作，就只能等到lease到期才能要求他走了，买了房还要等几个月才能住进去太不爽了
能不能在合同里加上要求房客搬走这个contigency？或者房客不搬走就不close escrow？
