目前有份鸡肋工作，钱不多，但是也没有责任和压力。有创业的想法和积蓄的支持，做
了些研究，有想法把公司注册在德拉华州。想请教的是，我居住的州是麻州，有没有法
子绕过麻州。不想注册在麻州是不想被目前的公司知道，不需要在麻州有办公场所。有
没有前辈指点一下？谢谢。

Can I invite my mother's brother to America for my wedding?
My boyfriend and I plan to have our wedding reception at Las Vegas.
So, we want to invite our parents and some rich relatives to be here to
attend our reception.
My boyfriend and I are both Chinese and PH.D student here.
Can we invite my mother's brother and his father's brother too?
By B-2 Visa, they will afford all the air fares.
Does anybody have the experience?
