事先准备:
1. 查清sevis I-20之信息. 我没查就来了, 听梁老板说这周有一女孩,
信息不在consulate里, 没签好.
一宿没睡好觉. 查资料去学校不知道够不够, 最好打电话去使馆了. Refer to
TJ6?5???,???dafu, scdxpm,dachixiao, by cmlmwang. I don't know whether one
should check INS too because it seems that they are going to go through the
data again when one enters the boarder. The girl's data is not in the
consulate, however in INS. So they are independent, although we never heard of
a person who get pending from INS.
2. The advantage of issuing a visa in Mexico is that alt

One thing I forgot to mention: one doesn't need a Mexico visa in practice
because no one checks and no one in the cosulate cares. There could be some
theoretical reason for that, but, I hope the pratical experience is enough.
