Folks, I need some help here.
I have a leasing contract with a tenant through a property management
company. The contract was signed last year between me and the tenant and now
we need to renew that. The property management company will need to take
the first month rental as commission and then 10% every month for
maintenance. Usually, for renewal, property management only charges the 10%
monthly fee. It is different here in this state. Anyway, I am thinking about
ditching them and signing the contract with the tenant (the same tenant)
directly. It is not even mentioned in the contract that we have to stick
with the property management company after the first year contact ends, but
it didn’t say we can do that either and also we are still signing with the
same tenant. Is there any hidden risk?

已经有点久远的记忆了，应该是初中或者高中看的《神雕侠侣》，那时候杨过和小龙女
刚刚关系开始好起来，开始小龙女对杨过态度冷淡。后来慢慢在一起，感动了，叫杨过
为过儿。
一起练功的时候，以为是好事近了，结果便宜了尹志平这个家伙。
然后小龙女对杨过态度变了。
当时奇怪，为什么说你还叫姑姑，要叫龙儿这类的。后来才明白，这是男女的感情。不
只是互相喜欢这类，身体接触交融才是男女之爱的最内在的最高追求。
那时候什么都不懂。然后看到小龙女被尹志平偷袭的时候，就像吃饭吃得好好的，竟然
像吃了绿苍蝇，好难受的感觉。
然后剧情就开始展开了波折，小龙女和杨过开始了互相折磨的爱恋。也让情节逐渐高潮
，杨过成了独臂，也是和这个情节有关。
当时边看边想知道尹志平的结局，只是希望他马上死，死的越惨越好。
最终确实死了。
后来与人聊起这个情节，还有希望尹志平死的情结。
有个男同学说，如果他是尹志平，看到小龙女那样，又是自己喜欢的梦中女神，自己也
会那么做的。这真是没想到，但是仔细一想，也是可能的，爱情有时候会让人很可怜，
或者又很可爱。
爱情，唉。

It's all about the contract between you and the management company, not the
one between you and the tenant.

Are those deals usually at thanksgiving or Xmas, or new year?

日常有吧。上次officedepot的桌子+桌上的架子很不错，买一送一才150元，桌面还有
人造革。

高中的时候看的,看了第一本之后跳到后面看, 先看到后面尹志平和赵志敬的对话被小
龙女听见了,当时还以为只是传言, 后来跟看过书前面部分的同学求证, 答案是传言是
真的。不知道怎么形容那种感觉, 以前的概念是这样就不洁了，破缺了，很难接受小龙
女是个不完美的人。上大学以后才看了书前面的部分，来了美国以后才逐渐明白，人生
往往是不完美的, 而不完美里往往能诞生真爱。我觉得杨过对小龙女的爱是金庸所有情
爱里写得最好也最苦的一段爱。
