在美国，重症肌无力 myasthenia gravis 可有比较好的治疗方法？
亲戚的一个小孩，现在已经上高中了，很聪明的一个孩子，患重症肌无力 myasthenia
gravis多年，目前行动全靠他妈妈背。想打听下，在美国，重症肌无力 myasthenia
gravis 可有比较好的治疗方法？万分感谢。

踢完足球, 我带儿子(四岁)回家. 我开车, 他坐在后座玩MICKY MOUSE STICKER. 他对
我说, “妈妈, 你看, MICKY MOUSE跑啦.” 我说, “是吗, 我现在开车, 不能回头.”
他又说, “妈妈, 快看, MICKY MOUSE跑啦”. 我飞快地回头一瞥. 他说, “它停了.
你一回头, 它就停了”. 我被逗得哈哈大笑. 好个儿子, 竟敢耍妈妈了. 母子笑成一团.

myasthenia
consider thymectomy if this has not been done,
anticholinesterase drugs such as neostigamine or pyridostigomine is only
symptomatic relief and if you overdose them the symptoms would get worse,
plus those drugs wouldn't affect the couse of the disease,
if he already had his thymus gland removed then maybe steroid and IVIG and
plasmapheresis,
the new drug would be cellcept, not sure how effective that would be though,

不知道这些治疗方案的疗效如何？亲戚非常想把孩子的病治好，如果到美国治病，全自
费，花费是多少？
