9月底投稿，由于一直显示没处理，11月底发邮件询问进度，得到据信如下。这前3月干
吗呢，考验投稿人的耐心？！以前还做过这杂志的reviewer呢，看来以后要躲着走了。
。。
“Typically, we try to evaluate a submission within 4 months (during the 3rd
month, we
assign evaluators to papers and give them between 4 to 6
weeks to provide their evaluation reports). We assign about
35 potential referees to each paper with the hope of 6
accepting our invitation to referee the submission. Later,
as soon as we receive two comprehensive and non
contradictory reports, we would then submit the
journal's decision to the system. This is an archival
journals and so there is no short-cut to the evaluation
process.
Unfortunately, we
are unable to process/accept your paper because your
expectation (receiving a decision on your paper within a
couple of months)cannot be met. We encourage you to consider
submitting your paper to relevant journals published by IGI,
SPIE, ... Many of these publishers process papers within 7
to 10 days."
