urgent care看的医生。不是儿医。我们到新地方不久还没自己的儿医。
rite aid配的药。给了医生的用量说明和阿莫西林自己的药的说明。
我看阿莫西林自己的说明上说。250mg／5ml的药。对眼耳鼻，成人500mg一次， 12小时
一次。或250mg一次， 8小时一次。小孩20mg／kg／day 8 小时一次。或25mg／kg／day
12小时一次。我家小孩14kg
医生开的处方是一天两次一次10ml。这正好是成人的量。大大超过了小孩的量。给医
生那边打电话问。说医生不在，让护士过会儿打回来。不过好一会儿了还没打回来。
不知道是医生弄错了，还是鼻窦炎是应该按成人量？不知道该不该再约个儿医看看？

谢谢。也是那个250mg／5ml的吗？看到说明书上还有一种是125mg／5ml的。医生那边的
护士一直没有打电话回来。

30 mg/kg/day ORALLY divided every 12 hr
Ear, nose, and throat infection: greater than 3 months of age, less than 40

Should be 3.5ml twice daily for mild to moderate infection for nose
infection.

It could be right if it's for this indication:
Acute otitis media: (2 months and older), 80 to 90 mg/kg/day ORALLY in 2 to
3 divided doses for 5 to 7 days (6 yr and older) or 10 days (children less
than 6 yr of age or severe illness) (guideline dosing)
1000ml/14=71mg/kg/day. 用于中耳炎的才要这个计量啊。

楼主，药剂师给你回了，很权威了。
跟着问一下，10天没吃全，吃9天有关系吗？上次的药吃9天就没有了

谢谢。我看阿莫西林自己的说明书就是这么写的。所以觉得医生开多了。后来医院护士
也没打电话来。我后来打电话问rite aid 的药剂师了。他说他觉得鼻窦炎这个用量很
正常，开更高剂量的都有。所以我还是很迷惑，不知道该给小孩吃多少。

教条啊,药剂师还说了对于严重的病情,药量还要增加很多. 医生是根据你的孩子的
病情开的药,真是搞不懂这种半吊子父母.
