H1b transfer, 27号receipt，今天早晨突然变成这个：

这是什么情况啊？会不会被RFE啊？被雷后家中就一直等transfer的消息，揪心啊～

She will be sad, moody or not be nice to other kids towards the end (after I
told her we are about to leave), such as refuse to play with others, or be
bossy during the play. I try to reason with her many times, but... When will
that stop? She is 5 and half. Should I ban her playdate for a while until
she can behave herself?

think it is saying 15 days have passed but they did not have a result for
you?
Does not sound too bad, they probably will refund you the money then.
