因为有两个博后口头Offer，进度相同，本来是想收到书面Offer之后再做最后选择。理
论上应该是收到书面Offer并签字后，学校才会给申请DS-2019表。但其中一个似乎不太
按常理出牌，现在担心他不等我签字的OFFER直接申请表格。这种可能性大吗？如果真
出现这种情况，可能会出现两个学校同时递交DS-2019的申请，后果会怎样呢？

Both of my prents are retired. For item 21 I put "retired" and left item 20
as blanck since it asks the name and address of "present" employer (as
indicated in both enlgish and chinese when filling the forms)

第20栏确实要填，你赶快重新填一份，把pdf发给父母让他们打印。
实在不行，签证处门口可以花钱代填表的，就是比较黑，而且要提前去，不要错过了预
约的时间

I am filling the forms now, and hope they could be printed before they get
on train. my parents got their first visa a few years ago and went back
within 4 months. hope everything will be fine for them this time.

(Provide specific date if known) (如有确定日期,请提供)
I want my parent in early May, but not specific dates set yet since no visa
or flights yet.
should I leave it blank or put a specific date (i.e. 04 may 2009)even it is
not fully decided yet?
