b)You deserve happiness as much as other "老拿A,第一" Chinese students.
Several ways to achieve mental fitness:
a) talk with professionals, such as, psychologist, psychiatrics, etc.
It's convenient if your husband is working and has good health insurance plan.
b) Read a good book, such as the book I recommended as board bible in JHQ.
c) Tell your logic behind your depression on this board. :) First, why
you feel bad
