Shall I compare thee to a Summer's day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate:
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And Summer's lease hath all too short a date:

没什么难的，主要是第二人称单数：
you, -> 主格thou,宾格thee,
your -> 占有格thy/thine
动词变化加-st，（you are -> thou art）

文集（比如norton anthology）里面，一般对个别偏僻词有注释。
各种倒装结构现代诗歌里也用，不是古英文的问题。
