-Lead effort on antibody discovery/generation via phage display selection
process
-contribute to strategic and scientific activities related to the discovery
and design of recombinant antibody
-interact with discovery scientists and develop effective inter-departmental
and cross-functional relationships, including international interactions
-identify, evaluate and manage potential external collaborators and research
opportunities
-expand awareness of novel technology development
