昨天去领贷款和购房合同时售房经理说的。
还是我那栋楼同一房型，他们捂了一个多月就涨了那么多。

房价再这么疯涨我打算套现后逃回美国了。。。

可以考虑再捂半年。房地产要崩之前通常最疯狂（不疯狂的话没人接盘）。但是一旦开
跌卖的动作要快，即使割肉也要
卖。预计人民币升值半年，一年后，房价会跌。

It's hard to sell when the market has a clear downturn, this is very
different from Stock Market. If the tread is not very clear, most people may
only treat this as adjustment, dilemma

Actually, house market typically is more clear than stock market.
When it drops, it rarely bounce back like stock market.
Pls refer to the HaiNan house market, and Shenzhen House market in 2008.

政府多印刷一点人刀, 把通货膨胀率调高一点,
房价就跌不动了.
这个阶段, 政府还是有足够能力控制房价的.
农民不买? 政府出台规定不再批准宅基地, 而农村分散的原有宅基地必须拆迁,美其名曰
保障耕地总量, 农民自己负责到城市边沿买房.
蚁民不买? 政府出台规定没有房产证就不能拿户口, 不能交四金, 不能拿准生证.
城市居民不买? 人均居住面积在50平米以下的, 好的公立学校上学让你排不上队.
