My history with XXXX dates back to when the company announced the first
round of rights offering. For those of you who may not know what a right is,
a little catch-up homework seems to be in order.
If my memory serves well, the exercise price of the rights was set at $7.33.
Back then, I just learned a trading idea from a stock board highhand, who
had gone out of his way to explain how the idea should have worked on Wu
Steel Co. This highhand enjoyed a modest fame on this board and was known to
have two d's in his/her id.
