actually I compared the slides made by two different packages,
beamer and seminar
beamer's contrast is significantly better than seminar
what r u using?

No, it's quite different
One will have to rewrite many things...
convert all the ps/eps figures to pdf...
You may try to make next talk by beamer package

u will have to install beamer package ah
if you want to compile that ucr.tex, u will also need to put the themes.zip in
the directory,

those navigation buttons),
of course the learning curve for beamer is steep.
prosper mimics ppt style and is easy to learn. in beamer
you can design your own style
