help me select one offer:
1. interesting project that is good for the future job searching, only one
year contract, mean boss, big city;
2. boring project, can support me 5 years potentially, very old boss in
small city.
Which one should I select? Thanks.

resident报税，今年收到一张1098-T表格，各项数目如下：
Box 1 (payments received for qualified tuition and related expenses) 和4 (
adjustments made for a prior year) 数目都是0
Box 2 (amounts billed for qualified tuition and related expenses): 630
Box 5 (scholarship or grants): 2300
也就是说，scholarship减去 tuition 为正数而且这个差额是收到支票的，即有收入，不知道应该在1040表上怎样填？
网上考古发现两种建议：
一说在1040的line 7的第四项non-wage and other incomes 填报。但我找到的1040表
line 7 只有 “wages, salaries, tips, etc”,并无“non-wage and other incomes
”；
另一说在1040表的line 34填tuition。但我的tuition 为负数，那么在这一栏可以填负
数吗？
求有经验的朋友指教。谢谢。

本人从6年前F1来美就没有回过国。现在是H1B身份，现急需弄到一个返回美国的签证，
所以我的问题是：我能否去墨西哥一趟然后试一下签美国？？上了那个www.visa-usa.

发现自己越来越偏向真丝绸了。自然，优雅，细腻。
但是我知道的一些朋友，有最喜欢棉的，有喜欢麻纱的，有喜欢开司米的，有喜欢
pyrolex(?)的，等等，各有各的理由。

在国内“女子怒黄牛”，让医院号贩子登上了热搜榜。在国内最不缺的就是这些二道贩
子们，有倒腾门票、车票、挂号票的票贩子，有专门帮人偷税漏税的税贩子，有拐卖儿
童妇女的人贩子，还有在政商两界中的捐客，在我看来就是官贩子。贩子们在各行各业
肆无忌惮的横行霸道着。
本来应该由大众百姓应该去享受的福利资源，在现实世界中却享受不到。有人说，
是资源紧张，所以才会出现这种情况，但是在加拿大为什么就不会有这样的事情发生。
为什么要把所谓好的资源集中在某一个地区，甚至某些人的手中，如果每个省都有知名
的专家，每个市也有业务能力优秀的专家，老百姓又何苦跑到千里之外的地方去寻找活
命的方法，如果铁路不被垄断，每年的春运、票贩子也就阻挡不了人们回家的脚步。如
果拐卖儿童一经抓获就判无期获死刑，人贩子还会屡禁不止吗？如果法律执行力强，所
谓的税贩子、捐客又怎么会投机取巧。
到底是什么让这些票贩子、人贩子、捐客在国内肆无忌惮、横行霸道？也希望这些贩子
们早日灭亡。

By law that difference is taxable, it could go to other income, line 21.
However, you can ignore it if you pay for books or supplies.

我觉得你应该是第2类吧。你以f1入境，然后在美国改成了h1b状态。但是具体签证的时
候面试你的VO也不一定认真执行，我也知道有在墨西哥签h1b签过的，上一次签证是从
中国获得的学生签证。你如果去签，得看运气了，运气好的话就给你签了，运气不好就
打回中国了。
这只是我的个人理解。

lol，排冰激凌～～棉麻都喜欢，棉的很柔软，麻的质地挺括，掺羊毛的棉可以把灰色
做得很漂亮，很柔的那种灰，美翻啦～～

我会选2, 5年的时间可以安心作很多东西;
1年的时间太短了,你可能刚刚完成热身,就要准备下个东家了,如果期间你想要写
proposal，自己申请funding,根本就没有时间做科研。。。
boring project可能会包含一些新的想法，在5年的时间你完全有能力转自己喜欢的，
如果能带学生，那就更加easy了。。。

according to pub 970, you should include this amount in line 7 of 1040.

建议你最好不要冒这个险。这个是有确切规定不符合条件的，考虑到成本（不仅是拒签
，还回不来美国），实在划不来，要碰运气也去加拿大碰。待在墨西哥可不是好玩的事

多谢诸位的意见，我已经决定放弃了。不过我还是去墨西哥逛了一趟，没有去签证，用
那个自动条例回来了。过关的时候就出示了一下驾照，搞得海关的家伙以为我是公民，
只问了带了出生证没有，我就递给他护照，然后什么问题都没有就让我回美国了

I don't see any problem since I got it when I had the same status, but that
is in Dec 2006. I went again in 2008 May and got it again.
But now the major concern is whether it is safe there due to the violence.I
planned to go, but not sure whether I should this time.
Which city did you go, was it ok? I am concerned about the safety there. Not
whether I can get visa.
So what's your plan now for the visa?

I am thinking of applying H4 visa in Mexico (for special reason, cannot wait
for USCIS'I-539 approval any longer), before that, it was H1. Is H4
considered different category from H1?

喜欢棉的，也喜欢丝绸的
棉的舒服，耐穿
silk漂亮，有质感，但是比较娇气，怕抽丝，洗的时候掉色，还要熨烫

有一种棉特别软，carters的牌子只有深蓝色，手感特别好。崽崽一穿上就不哭了。
