Don't be too harsh on her. Everyone has potential to take leadership. That
statement "I don't want him in my team" doesn't sound cool, but
understandable. I believe her boss understands it too. So no big deal.
From her description, her technical knowledge is pretty qualified to lead this
project. What she lacks now is the hands-on experience to lead a
real project, and the experience and skill to deal with some complicated
relationship in the team, and it happens to be a such touch guy in the te

这样的金玉良言就好了。不过,也许只有经历过了才体会特别深,因为以前也看到书上这

关于timeline,我也问过他多次什么时候可以拿出东西,他总是回答说This is
research. You cannot put timeline on research, you really cann't. 被他噎住好几
回,想想,好像说的也没错,research怎么强加timeline呢?临场就没了答对,回不上嘴

BS!!!另外,很多时候他在做什么我都不清楚,对于他,everybody is on the need
to know bases. 问他,他就说I'm working on many parallel things. 再问,他就斜着
眼看人you want to micro-manage?
