To substantially participate in various types of licensing deals and oversee the executions and servicing for clients, to support the launch of licensed products/activities under multiple brands in China.

Role Responsibility

• Working with team on licensing deal execution, including assets delivery, brand immersion training, policy training, online system training, product approval and launch, performance report, etc.

• Managing licensees and clients throughout the whole deal lifecycle including planning, design, launch, royalty reporting, etc.

• Also be responsible on designing, development and delivery of products by BBCS based on house brands or titles.

• Market research on specific product categories

• Supporting trade fairs and offline launches, with up to 20% travel.

Are you the right candidate?

• Fast learner on multiple systems and policies

• Good communication skills - ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of stakeholders

• Must have: English fluency, Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

• Experience in licensing and merchandizing business is preferable

• A self-motivated, highly organised team player with excellent people management skills.

• Must possess the ability to prioritise a large workload according to changing business needs

• Display a methodical approach with attention to detail, be able to quickly assess and act on changing priorities.
