同其他“蛋疼”的经典面试问题——例如“说说你说服老板的经历”、“谈谈你十年后的职业发展”、“聊聊你最优质的项目”比较,"What's your greatest strength?"似乎是一个相当无害的问题。推销自己嘛,谁还不会咋的!我天下第一好!
实则不然,用力太♂猛会显得傲慢自大,为人轻浮;谦虚低调又会显得缺乏自信,不能胜任这份工作。那么,如何选取话题,找到两者间的平衡点呢?下面让我们一起来看一看,在面试中,怎样说才能给自己夸的漂漂亮亮,让面试官听得心花怒放!

避免词汇堆砌
这可不是什么“质量不够数量凑”的问题。一些面试者在回答时列出了一系列积极的特质,例如外向、注重细节、勤奋、独立、友好、随和……这种将能想到的良好品质疯狂堆砌的行为是稳稳的扣分项。要在自信和傲慢之间找到平衡点,绝对不要只列出一堆漂亮的形容词来描述自己。
选择一到三个你想要提到的特质,并且考虑这些特质能否让你胜任这份工作,适合这家公司。例如,如果工作环境是快节奏的、不断发展的,那么你的多任务处理能力、适应能力和快速学习能力就是很好的特质。
用故事支持观点
选择合适的特质,在直接回答问题后,通过讲一个故事来强化自己的答案。比起干巴巴的“我有很好的团队合作能力”,明显“不得不说,我最大的一个优点就是我的合作能力。事实上,有机会在这样一个团队中工作是该职位对我最大的吸引力之一。我发现在团队中工作能激发出我最好的一面。例如……”更合适。
一时想不起来自己有什么优势的话,不妨看看下面的方法。
1. 询问周围的人。一个崭新的视角可以帮助你了解自己的长处,试着问问朋友或同事。
2. 回顾过往经历。试着回忆自己在学生时代或实习期间收到的表扬或积极反馈,也可以回顾自己简历上的所有成就,找出其中较突出的部分。
3. 旁征博引。浏览一下LinkedIn或其他招聘网站,看看那些与你职位相似的其他人的个人资料,他们有哪些关键技能?哪些方面较为突出?
