每日原则：根据原则来工作
….很明显的，人们的逻辑能被轻易评估，你自己和其他人也可以看到你是否言行一致。经验告诉我，对我每次做决策的标准进行反思并把它写下来是非常有意义的，所以我养成了这样做的习惯。随着时间的推移，我汇总的原则就像一本做决策的食谱。通过把这些原则分享给我桥水公司的员工、并邀请他们帮忙在实践中检验我的原则，我能不断地去完善和升级这些原则。

Experience taught me how invaluable it is to reflect on and write down my decision-making criteria whenever I made a decision, so I got in the habit of doing that. With time, my collection of principles became like a collection of recipes for decision making. By sharing them with the people at my company, Bridgewater Associates, and inviting them to help me test my principles in action, I continually refined and evolved them.
