As an IT Analyst, you will:

• Begin your career with a 2-week onsite training, focused on modern technologies, the financial industry, and professional expertise.

• Participate in a curated 2-year program and global cohort, allowing you to collaborate with technology analysts across all of our locations – London, Mumbai, Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo

• Build a network across business and technology leaders through speaker sessions, networking events, and team building activities.

What Roles You Might Play:

• Developer: Develop and integrate applications for direct use by business stakeholders.  Responsibilities include owning critical components of applications, participating in hands-on development and collaborating with QA for unit and integration testing of deliverables, as well as BA colleagues to understand project scope and requirements.

• Business Analyst: Act as a liaison between Technology and business clients to define scope and business requirements. Responsibilities include writing detailed functional requirements and use cases, supporting the development team in creating detailed technical specifications, partnering with data providers to ensure model requirements are met, and supporting ongoing user requirements and investigating issues.

• Infrastructure: Opportunities include Client Support, System Administrator, Network Operations, Engineering and Project Management in conjunction with our strategic priorities, which include Hybrid Cloud, Client Eco System, Digital Workspace, Cyber and Data Security, Utility Services and Virtualization.  

• Familiarity with programming (Java, C#, VBA), computer concepts, and Web technology (HTML/JavaScript/JSP/ASP, Unix Shell/Perl scripting)

• Solid fundamental base in logical, analytical data structure; hands on programming, and problem solving

• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to understand financial products

• Candidates must be meticulous & ready to take on challenges, as the team deals with mission critical applications.

• Outstanding academic qualifications; strong GPA

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields

• On-track to graduate between December 2022 and June 2023
