Job Description

• Analyzing financial statements and preparing analysis report/recommendations

• Performing industry strategic research on market opportunities, competitive

• landscape,industry breakdown, and fragmentation, etc..Being

• Involved in the preparing of marketing documentation (email blasts, deal teasers,information memorandum)

• Conducting deal discussions on behalf of the company Performing due diligence

• Performing company valuations

• Assist in post-closing adjustments and integration (if applicable) Extensive and specific business development via calling/emailing Various mock tasks to expose the intern to real M&A scenarios Sitting in on conference calls and being bcc' d on emails relating to current deals
