Professor Dean Ho is currently Provost’s Chair Professor, Director of The Institute for Digital Medicine (WisDM) at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine; Director of The N.1 Institute for Health (N.1), and Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the National University of Singapore. He was also recently named to the HIMSS Future50 Class of 2021 for his internationally-recognized leadership in digital health.
Dr. Jacqueline Huang
Senior Vice President

Dr. Huang is a Senior Vice President at East West Bank. She holds the position of Director of Loss Forecasting, responsible for developing and maintaining credit models as well as all aspects of data analytics related to allowance estimation. Jacqueline has a wealth of experience working overseas at DBS Bank in Singapore and UniCredit Group in Milan, Italy, heading the Credit Risk Modeling teams. Jacqueline has a Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.

Daniel Wu is a Senior Vice President of Business Analytics at Revolve (NYSE: RVLV), a fashion retailer based in Los Angeles. He oversees Business Intelligence and Data Science, and provides strategic guidance to Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance and Merchandising. Prior to Revolve he was the Head of Web Analytics at Wayfair (NYSE: W). Daniel received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
Dr. Veronica Guo

Dr. Guo is Assistant Professor in Marshall School of Business at USC. Dr. Guo’s research focuses on organizational and intercultural communication in business. Her research has appeared on top-tier journals that examined topics such as organizational culture, conflict management, emotion management, communication technology use in business (e.g., social media, mobile), and leadership communication. Professor’s pedagogical expertise in academia includes organizational communication, communication strategies in business, leadership communication, business and professional communication, communication in non-western culture, and persuasion. Dr. Guo has been dedicated LEAP mentors since 2017.
Ruby Liao
Director, Enterprise Risk Management,
Risk Strategy and Operations, US Bank
Based in Los Angeles, Ruby offers extensive experience in enterprise risk management, process design and improvement, and regulatory remediation. Ruby has successfully managed sophisticated projects domestically and internationally to provide solutions that reflect underlying strategic business needs and industry leading practices across a wide range of risk disciplines. Prior to joining US Bank, she spent over six years in strategy consulting where she led risk transformation engagements and over eight years with a top five U.S. bank where she managed operational risk programs related to domestic and international operations.
Aaron Ma

Aaron Ma is the Director of Clinical Research and Data Science with Cognitive Leap, a global digital mental health company focusing on mental health challenges such as ADHD. Aaron oversees clinical trial design and implementation at Cognitive Leap. As Principal Investigator, Aaron successfully completed a multi-site clinical trial named "A clinical study to test the acceptability and feasibility of Virtual Reality Attention Tracker (VRAT) in assessing attention and inhibitory control." Aaron is also specialized in data science, machine learning, and computational neurology.

Launched in February 2013 as an educational program under CESASC (Chinese-American Engineers and Scientists Association of Southern California), LEAP was incorporated in June 2015 to become an independent organization with the exclusive focus on establishing a resourceful and open platform to advocate outstanding leadership, encourage professional excellence, cultivate great aspiration, and provide job opportunities.
