• 开放职位：Data Analyst

• 工作地点：New York

• 截止日期：Ongoing

• Create and maintain data tables and dashboards that allow key stakeholders to view data in a quick and concise manner, effectively communicate insights through visualizations

• Collaborate with other members of the team to share best practices and develop new skills in data analytics

• Design metrics, derive data-driven insights, and communicate findings in a concise manner to key stakeholders to help improve business performance

• Partner with stakeholders across the long/short business to identify data needs and build reporting to inform business decisions

• Design data models, ensure data quality, and automate processes where possible

• Collaborate with technology partners to design tools to capture and structure data

• An undergraduate degree (or above)

• 2+ years of experience in Excel, SQL, R and or Python

• Finance and non-finance work experience welcome, but demonstrated work experience with data is a plus

• Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and good communication skills, with team members at varying levels of technical background

• Excellent data visualization skills (Tableau, PowerBI, or software libraries in R or Python)

• The ability to synthesize information quickly to provide an independent and objective viewpoint, propose appropriate solutions, and drive meaningful change

• The ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while producing high quality work in a demanding, fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated, mature, and eager to learn

• Exceptional critical and analytical thinking ability

• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
