入境美国新冠疫苗接种要求最新变化：非移民旅客将无需再出示接种证明

自5月11日结束之时，也就是新冠疫情公共卫生紧急状态结束的当天起，拜登-哈里斯政府将取消对国际航空旅客的新冠疫苗接种要求。这意味着，自5月12日起，非美国公民的非移民航空旅客在登机前往美国之前将不再需要出示已全程接种美国认可的新冠疫苗的证明。自“关于推动 COVID-19 疫情期间安全恢复全球旅行的总统公告”撤销之时起，美国疾控中心关于实施“推动 COVID-19 疫情期间安全恢复全球旅行的总统公告”的指令修订版将即时失效。

The Biden-⁠Harris Administration will end the COVID-19 vaccine requirements for international air travelers at the end of the day on May 11, the same day that the COVID-19 public health emergency ends. This means starting May 12, noncitizen nonimmigrant air passengers will no longer need to show proof of being fully vaccinated with an accepted COVID-19 vaccine to board a flight to the United States. CDC’s Amended Order Implementing Presidential Proclamation on Safe Resumption of Global Travel During the COVID-19 Pandemic will no longer be in effect when the Presidential Proclamation Advancing the Safe Resumption of Global Travel During the COVID-19 Pandemic is revoked.
