人大学生信息泄露事件，警方通报：嫌疑人被刑拘！
据平安北京微信公众号消息，7月3日，海淀公安分局发布通报：针对“中国人民大学部分学生信息被非法获取”的情况，海淀警方接到报警后，立即开展调查。经查，嫌疑人马某某（男，25岁，该校毕业生）涉嫌非法获取该校部分学生个人信息等违法犯罪行为。目前，马某某已被海淀公安分局依法刑事拘留，案件正在进一步调查中。
警方高度重视公民个人信息保护，对于相关违法犯罪，将依法予以严厉打击。

Haidian police in Beijing have initiated an immediate investigation following a report of the illegal acquisition of personal information belonging to students from the Renmin University of China. The suspect, identified as Mr Ma, 25 years old, a former graduate of the university, has been implicated in the unlawful access of personal information of several students. Currently, Mr Ma is under criminal detention by the Haidian Public Security Bureau, and the case is under further investigation.
Law enforcement authorities are taking the protection of citizens' personal information seriously and are committed to cracking down on such illegal activities. The illegal acquisition of personal information is a grave offense, and the authorities aim to bring those responsible to justice in accordance with the law.

7月1日，有网友在微博上爆料称，中国人民大学一名男生在读硕士研究生期间，利用专业技术盗取全校学生个人信息，包括照片、姓名、学号、籍贯、生日等，并搭建了给全校学生“颜值”打分的网站。
Renmin University of China said on Sunday it is cooperating with a police investigation after it learned some of its students' information had been stolen.
On Saturday, a Weibo user claimed a graduate of the university has obtained student ID photos along with other personal information and created a website so people can rate students' appearance based on the photos.
The stolen data include students' name, ID number, birthplace and date of birth.
网友爆料内容
爆料还称，该毕业生曾在个人社交账号上发布动态公开此事。网传截图显示，该动态发布于2020年10月。目前，该账号上相关内容已经清空。
疑似该男生建立的颜值打分网站
网传信息显示，该男生疑似中国人民大学高瓴人工智能学院2019级研究生，目前已毕业，供职于腾讯。
The post also claimed the student graduated from the university in 2019 with a master's degree in information technology and works at Tencent.
2日下午，中国人民大学发布情况通报，表示已第一时间联系警方：
昨日，学校已关注到我校部分学生信息被非法获取的情况，对此高度重视，第一时间联系警方，目前正积极配合警方等相关部门开展调查。学校强烈谴责侵犯个人隐私、危害信息安全的行为。感谢社会各界对学校的关心。
Renmin University of China (RUC) has acknowledged that some students' information were illegally acquired, it has contacted the police as it takes such matters very seriously, a notice released by the university on Sunday said.
The RUC said it has been cooperating with the police for further investigation. The university strongly condemned the act of infringing personal privacy and harming information security in its notice.
