The term dazi became especially common on the site only earlier this year, with many people posting shout-outs in search of those who share similar interests. Unlike friendships, the concept of dazi is centered on temporary, almost superficial, companionship. The idea is simple — random individuals come together to partake in an activity they all enjoy. The objective is not to get to know one another better. The development of a friendship is a bonus. The term dazi became especially common on the site only earlier this year",直到今年早些时候,“搭子”这个词才在小红书上流行。 With many people posting shout-outs in search of those who share similar interests", 许多人发布消息寻找那些有相似兴趣的人。 In search of those who share similar interests",who引出定语从句来修饰those,他们找的是那些有共同兴趣的人。"Unlike friendships, the concept of dazi is centered on temporary, almost superficial, companionship",与友谊不同,“搭子”的概念围绕着暂时的、甚至是表面上的友谊。
His roommate had been pleasant on a superficial level. 为什么人们要寻找搭子?"The idea is simple — random individuals come together to partake in an activity they all enjoy",其实目的很简单,随机的客人聚集在一起,参加他们都喜欢的活动。The idea is to encourage people to get to know their neighbors.这里的partake in相当于take part in,表示参加。"The objective is not to get to know one another better",这并不是为了更好地了解彼此。"The development of a friendship is a bonus",能够发展成友谊是意外之喜,也就是说寻找搭子的人并不强求。We felt we might finish third. Any better would be a bonus.
