BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Engineering, Process Engineering or any process improvement-centric discipline and have at least 1 semester left after completion of the co-op

• Experience in data analysis to deep-dive process gaps and implement scalable solutions across deployment teams.

• Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma tools or any other industry standard process improvement tools to drive process changes.

• This job does require 50% or more travel anywhere within United States. Valid US driver's license required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Have led process improvement projects which includes data capture/analysis to identify existing gaps and recommendation on new solutions using six sigma tools.

• Interest in Robotics including coursework or clubs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in an Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or majors relating to these fields are considered with an expected graduation date between December 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025.

• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.

• Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem solving, and complexity analysis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous technical internship(s), if applicable.

• Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases.

• Experience in optimization mathematics such as linear programming and nonlinear optimization.

• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.

• Adept at handling ambiguous or undefined problems as well as ability to think abstractly.
