Gen Z and Millennials are more likely than their older cohorts to report havingemotional problems and to have their personal relationships and work beaffected by their mental health. They are by far the most likely to seekinformation regarding mental health.
Across race ethnicity and generation, social media and mental health websitesare the most common sources of information regarding mental health.
About half say they feel “very” or "somewhat” comfortable talking about theirmental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Interestingly, Gen Zers arethe least comfortable.
