麦当劳中国道歉
13日晚间,麦当劳中国官网就“麦当劳给过期食材换标签续命”一事发表声明,称“正积极配合当地市场监管部门进行调查与核实。对于任何违反操作标准的行为,我们绝不姑息,严肃处理”,同时“对于涉事餐厅带来的影响深表歉意”。
McDonald's China apologized on Monday for two of its restaurants selling expired food by changing the labels, as reported by the media. "We are actively cooperating with local market supervision departments to investigate the issue. We will not tolerate any violations of operational standards and will handle the issue seriously," according to a public statement.

During undercover investigations conducted by reporters from the Beijing News, it was revealed that two McDonald's restaurants, one located in the Zhuoyue Nonglian building in Zhengzhou, Henan province, and the other at Jinan University in Shandong province, were found to have committed various violations.
These violations included tampering with food expiration labels, using expired ingredients, selling food past its shelf life, and implementing cost-cutting measures. Additionally, McDonald's Zhuoyue Nonglian Restaurant was found to be using frying oil that exceeded the standard quality limits.
