现在只要开gas stove，肯定先把hood fan开足。另外，我又买了2个小电炉用来炖东西什么的。

确实！炒菜时尤其重要。

同时用fan就好多了。

但是用电炉，会不会有电磁场的问题。EMF 对胎儿不好似乎已成定论。

这还不简单，让男的做饭，象我家一样，：）

这样不好，祸害谁都不好。我用各类电锅比较多，放菜按钮定时搞定，简单容易健康。

如果这个问题真的存在，天朝有这么多家庭用煤气天然气，应该是最大的重灾区。

天朝是脱排油烟机，废气外排；美丽国经常是滤油机，不外排。

装个排外面的油烟机不就得了，人不能被尿憋死

绝大多数华裔都有外排抽油烟机吧！而且是大功率那种

不在乎吃的就无所谓，我们注重饮食口味健康平衡一下，人生乐趣之一

我认为炒菜油烟是更大的问题

所以有条件的话，用单独的房间做厨房，然后用大功率外排油烟机

开大功率排气扇再开门窗让空气流动利于把油烟排出，也不要油烧的冒烟炒菜
