片头片：做好是这样的

1. 用料，小碗之一（左边）是藏红花

2. 我剥龙虾还是很快滴！：D ，用切菜的大而沉点的刀拍一下就容易多了

3. receipt 上是放豆角，家里没有，我放小baby圆白菜

4. 中间放龙虾肉，我还放了mussels 青口和小蛤喇贝壳（我说不好名字，图上有）

5. 再放一下成品

6. 我配了一个芹菜沙拉

7a. 朋友给我的receipt，我基本是按照这个做的，当然不会一模一样

7b.

还会用龙虾做几样，以后有空再登！
