Micro steps are essential, especially when you’re working toward a BIG goal or dream. It makes it easier to get closer to it. Break things up for yourself into tiny, digestible steps. This will keep you on track, motivated and consistent. Setting an intention for the day is a great tip. It’s similar to what I do in my business: I set around two to three main tasks for my day. If additional things get done, fabulous. But the most important focus pieces are what I put my energy toward on that day.
Starting your day with gratitude can truly transform your outlook and set a positive tone for everything that follows. Take a moment each morning to reflect on three things you're thankful for. I will fall back asleep. the light on the phone helps me wake up and adjust to light. I really envy people who don't struggle to wake up. It's so difficult to keep my eyes open zzz
