恭喜啊！起薪决定于两个方面，qualification + experience，将来的薪水还跟
performance有关。
我觉得你可以多读一些网上雇人的job descriptions，很多都会有salary or salary
range。然后跟据自己的qualification和experience，以及雇主的焦急度决定个起价。
我觉得你这贴主要是BSO，呵呵呵呵

我觉得你可以多读一些网上雇人的job descriptions，很多都会有salary or salary
range。然后跟据自己的qualification和experience，以及雇主的焦急度决定个起价。

want an answer tomorrow. Don't want to be shortchanged,
I work very hard, but I am happy indeed, it is a good
place to work. hehe.

As long as you are happy,don't ask for too high a salary. Your future salary
will match your performance, assuming this is a good company and you have a
fair boss.
Just ask for a medium salary for your position in your industry. Starting
salary isn't important at all. My current salary almost triples my starting
salary, in the same company, hehe
