现在有机会去一家很小的cpa firm 实习。大家有什么建议吗？会不会规模太小学不到
东西，或者这种经验在简历上也没有意义？明年毕业。多谢指教。

Getting some working expereince is important. In a smaller firm, most likely
you will be assigned with basic data input, simple book keeping and some
basic auditing works.
It is always better to have of direct work experience on your resume.
Although preferably, it would be better to get an internship at bigger firm
if that is what you utlimately want to do.

老板水平怎么样，做什么为主，这个很重要
我去的那个office，人也不多，不过老板挺强的，主要做税。一年下来，个人，公司，
trust，都做过了，还是学了不少的东西。

这下清楚多了，也就是说买入以后，只要超过30天以后卖，就没有任何费用和麻烦。没
有SHORT TERM FEE.

买 MF 的人压根就不应该操心这个 short-term trading fee 的问题。
这就好比你要开 sedan 去 off-road，别人都跟你说不行，你却只关心费不费油这
种不相干的问题。
