说起王菲这个女神有多少人不知道的，估计还真没几个，从小就是听她的歌儿长
大的，说实话王菲还真的很厉害，以前的她不过就是一个普通歌手，现在年纪越大在很
多人心里占的地位越重，越来越女神范儿了。王菲近期的头等大事别闹的沸沸扬扬，什
么事呢？你们应该都已经猜出来了，那就是王菲和谢霆锋在2016年1月份要结婚了，我
的上帝，他们真的要结婚了，别的明星离了婚再结婚会被骂的不敢出门，但是王菲和谢
霆锋呢，全世界满满的都是送给他们祝福的。其实大家心里一直都想让他俩走在一起，
还记得小时候就听说王菲和谢霆锋住在一起，后来不知道怎么的就分手了。王菲和谢霆
锋是一件大事，但是在我这还算上头等大事，我在意的是王菲每一次大婚中国股市就要
暴涨，就好像是中国股市对王菲女神的祝福似的，王菲第一次和窦唯结婚的时候股市大
涨，第二次和李亚鹏结婚的时候股市又大涨，那这次和谢霆锋呢？我期待股市也会大涨
，因为前两次我都没有赶上，这一次赶上了岂会错过，借王菲和谢霆锋大婚在股市捞一
把也不错。

去年到加州工作，公司给了一定数额的relocation package,已经扣了联邦税和加州州
税，负责发放package的公司给我发了个Relocation Tax Report (RTR），我现在用
turbo tax报税，请问这个怎么报呢？
还有就是我觉得这个relocation package已经算到W2里面了，是不是就不用单独报了？

已经决定要回国面试，现在这边也来了机会，要不要直接拒绝？国内的机会希望大，而
且基本决定回国了。

It's recommended to preincubate the antibody with the various
concentration of free antigen before adding the mixture to the plate
coated w/ antigen.
However, since the antibody-antigen interaction
is quite strong, what if the antibody bound to free antigen don't have
enough time to fall off (to reach new equilibrium)? On the other end,
if enough time is given, then why would it matter to preincubate?
as the final result should be the same new equilibrium any way.
Any thoughts? thanks in advance

说说我的理解：
在3903表上，line 1+2两项分别是你搬家+travel(不含meal)两大类实际消费金额，
line 4写的是W2 表上code P的金额。
我的情况是，公司报销meal+ line2(travel)的部分，但是报销的部分已经算入taxable
income了。我猜想code P的部分应该不涵盖meal的部分，因为payroll的人肯定比我们
还懂。
所以最后我的Moving expense 3903 可以抵扣的就是line 1的搬家部分花销。
至于公司另外给的一笔relocation钱，已经算进taxable income，不用再3903里体现了。

大概意思是说只有搬家费用超出公司给你的package的部分才能报
一般这种情况比较少

你可以估算一下。你是不是有搬家费用是不涵盖在w2 box p里的。但是又是moving
expense可以抵税的。
公司给你的现金补贴。一笔定额。那个只要没有算在box p里。你就不用管。

This seems a little bit abnormal 'cause recently NSC would not send email or
online update but mail the approve notice or cards directly.
