我只有一张capital one的信用卡，用了一年半。
最近想查一下信用记录和分数。但是在3个信用局上申请查信用记录都是failed或者说
不能identify，需要进一步打电话确认。
然后我在CreditKarma上查了一下：
Unfortunately, we are unable to generate a credit score for you at this time
because our sources indicate you have a "thin file". Consumers with a thin
file have difficulty getting approved for most financial products because
lenders are unwilling to risk lending to someone with limited credit history.
是不是需要申请别的银行信用卡来再建立信用记录？
