个人建议去医院，学校里面像个tech，医院里面是个tech，不过医院里面其实有可能做
到director的，而且医院里面你会学到一些clinical的东西，即使以后也可以去学校一
些clinical lab。

到director的，而且医院里面你会学到一些clinical的东西，即使以后也可以去学校一
些clinical lab。

当然要去医院！
有了个小半年以上工作经验就很容易跳槽了。到时候要找个白班还不是易如反掌？
你要是继续当千老，再做一千年都不一定能翻身！

I know a black lady who started as a lab tech, then work her way up to RN
because hospital encourages continuing education and might cover part of the
tuition. That might be some advantage to consider.

No, I am not a medical technologist or clinical laboratory technologist. I
have some supervising responsibility on the quality of the small group's
work on the service side of the lab. "Officially" I do NOT have
administrative authority over them.
