基本可以认为不纯 除非你刚好有个ko的基因在coat color基因边上
有SNP array可以genotype B6 percentage

What about that I have had a receiver already? Not ready to get rid of it
just because it does not support 3D in its specs yet.

取决于你们做KO用的embryonic stem cell 是从那个strain里面提的。
传统上很多都是用129，129 coat color 就是agouti
如果是从129来的，cross with b6,
F2 就会出现segregating coat colors.
如果想得到品系纯的老鼠, 或者把现在的不纯的backcross，或者把最初的chimera，直
接breed 到
跟ES cell 背景一致的129 substrain

现在没有C75/Black6这个株。可能大约100年前建立小鼠系的时候曾经有过（杂交后每
个后代从1往后排）。C系列现在主
要是C57衍生的，也有C58衍生，其他的很少用。最常用的小鼠是C57Bl/6。

8350显然not 3d ready。要上3d当然tv/projector也要3d ready。至于功放，老的功放
没法处理hdmi 1.4的信号的，除非你想声音单走一条线。

129太复杂, 我觉得backcross to B6比较好. 如果phenotype跟strain有关就会有麻烦.
