这个时候你问rate完全就是找打击。上面他们的close的时候的rate都是今天最好的几
个时期之一，而从12月15号开始，整个mortgage rate已经涨到得一塌糊涂了。业内认
为可能会在年后稍微降一些，具体多少，没有人敢保证，但至少你现在问的rate肯定不
是很好的。
另外，ING作为lender是很恶心的，慢就一个字。他们自己是不会把loan卖给两房，所
以rate不会是市场最好的。除非你是non-conforming的ARM。

12月初始今年利率最低的时候，当然低了。
