人在国内，已经有个3.5寸的smartphone，考虑升级个屏幕大点的手机或者pad。
note大点，或者等等iphone5，btw，公司邮件只支持blackberry和iphone。
要不等等huawei的四核pad，10寸，看书够大了，还支持民族企业。。。或者现在的华为7寸，带3G。。。不过上pad的话，就是出差除了手机，又要多带块板子。。。真愁人

iphone5至少要到8月，也有传闻说屏幕尺寸不会变，那样会让很多人失望。
如果要方便携带当然是note或者iphone5（如果是大屏）。我建议你稍微等等，因为今
年有很多精彩的东西还没出来，后面的Samsung Galaxy S3,iphone5，ipad mini，或者
Asus的TF700（高分屏），还有Amazon的10寸高分板子都可能是你的选择。

3.5寸真是太过时了，iphone5要还是3.5，坚决不买

This should not happen.
You know that you should never trust the Abs value when it's more than 2.
1. What is your reference in UV measurement?
2. Do you have anything in the buffer that absorbs at 280nm, for example
imidazole?
3. What't the extension coefficient of your protein?

2. Do you have anything in the buffer that absorbs at 280nm, for example
imidazole?

re this.What is the 280/260 ratio?
i had measured flow through from amicon before and it gave me high 280nm
reading. But when ran on a gel, there is nothing.
I think usually if you don't spin it with higher speed than you supposed to,
it should work just fine.

ped好:-) 3.5寸out了吗？可是我刚刚用上3.5寸诶。。。
前两天看到的这个新闻，说iphone5要上4.6寸

屏幕小主要是阅读不爽，其实看视频啥的还行，但要读一个一个字，还是太费眼。7寸以上，就不能揣兜里了，而且打电话举砖头太夸张，插耳机或者掏蓝牙，临时电话来了也不方便。

Yes, spin at the recommended speed.
We use Amicon very often to concentrate proteins to ~10mg/ml.
I always put blank buffer in it and spin 10-15 mins, then spin my real
sample.
By doing this, the trace amount of glycerol (and other soluble stuff) on the
membrane get washed away.
And you do get a better UV measurement. My flow-thru was never higher than A
0.05 at 280 nm.
Occasionally, the protein might absorb to the membrane, but never ends in
the flow-thru more than 5%.

I believe if you don't have many iOS app purchased, and feel comfortable
with big screen, and could get use to the touch response of Notes, I believe
Notes could be a good choice, especially if you like the s-pen.
I always believe the galaxy notes is the only good competition to iPhone /
iPad.

with big screen, and could get use to the touch response of Notes, I believe
Notes could be a good choice, especially if you like the s-pen.
I always believe the galaxy notes is the only good competition to iPhone /
iPad.

what is in ur protein sample is most important. If it is hi-imidazole
elution, there will lots of small molecules have absorbance at 280nm and
they will go through membrane very easy
