申请材料要求书面解释为什么延期是暂时的，"what arrangements have you made to
depart from the United States ( including any applicable evidence, such as a
copy of a return plane ticket) "
一定要提供机票吗？如果没有，一般是提供什么样的 "applicable evidence" 呢？

很好奇辞职的时候都用些什么理由？
如果是工资太低、加班太多、发展空间太小之类的，这些都会直截了当跟上司说么？万
一如实说了，如果上司要挽留你给你加薪还别去说他，万一啥都不说就答应辞职了不是
很丢脸？而且会不会很不给上司面子？
我发现我认识的人里头好像都没有这么直接的，都是想一些不可抗力因素作为理由辞职
。通常这样的人都是已经找好下家，下定决心必须辞的，用这样的方式，可以让上司不
得不同意还不能翻脸。
不过讲这些理由的时候，上司都能听出来在编么？

时候可以表示不是他的错。

Where did you find the info that requires "what arrangements have you made
to depart from the United States ( including any applicable evidence, such
as a copy of a return plane ticket) "? Such requirement cannot be found on
the paper I-539 application form nor in the E-file process.
If you google those words, nothing shows up. Please provide the link where
you saw that requirement.

I would recommend colitis model. Both Fiona's one (needs adaptive transfer)
and DSS treated model (no transfer requirement) are fine.
For EAE, CIA, Th17 cells mediated disease pathogenesis as well. IFNgKO mice
have exacerbated EAE and CIA, whereas IFNgKO or TbetKO mice do not develop
colitis.

不用返程机票，一般来说，都是批了才能改票。怎么可能拿得出未来的返程。说好理由
就好了。过来人经验。

Communicable ulcerative colitis induced by T-bet deficiency in the innate
immune system.

Glickman JN, Glimcher LH.
blabla..... T-bet deficiency in the innate immune system results in
spontaneous and communicable ulcerative colitis in the absence of adaptive
immunity and increased susceptibility to colitis in immunologically intact
hosts. T-bet controls the response of the mucosal immune system to
commensal bacteria by regulating TNF-alpha production in colonic dendritic
cells, critical for colonic epithelial barrier maintenance. Loss of T-bet
influences bacterial populations to become colitogenic, and this colitis is
communicable to genetically intact hosts. These findings reveal a novel
function for T-bet as a peacekeeper of host-commensal relationships and
provide new perspectives on the pathophysiology of IBD.
by the way, for Th1 immunity, infection with low CFU listeria is a good one.
