请问如果批准后status应该说是什么，
我现在看到"your passport is being delivered to post"，是什么意思？

曼德拉不是影视界的。
说了整容豪华啊，总数肯定变化不大，就是大腕今年挂的特别多。

我觉着好莱坞这次也会给他个特写
大腕看个人怎么定义了,比如说2003年,挂了的明星阵容强大,有Katherine Hepburn,
Gregory Peck, Bob Hope, Elia Karzan, Johnny Cash, 梅艳芳,etc.

新AP加分最多的好像是心血肺那个部吧，也就是优惠10%，
这么说来就成了16%。只能说是走运了。

The funding lines are just guidelines, which means that if your percentile
is better than the line, you usually get funded unless there is major thing
against you in council meeting, and you could legitimately argue with NIH if
you fail to get the funding. If your percentile is worse than the line, it
's up to program director's discretion. I have known many PIs getting
funded with much worse percentile, something like 30%+.
