想做两种荧光抗体染色。抗体一有FITC标记，抗体二没有荧光标记,要用secondary
goat-antimouse IgG APC.现在担心secondary goat-antimouse IgG 会不会结合抗体
一（hamster IgG）造成非特异染色。多谢指教！

the answer is it depends on the specific sec antibody. if this is what you
worry about, you can do the staining this way:
1. 抗体二
2. secondary goat-antimouse IgG APC
3. 抗体一
it may take longer to finish but we did a lot this way when it is hard to
find an easier antibody combination.
