开复前两天说不予回应的，这两天又忙着回应上了，其实他一开始就不搭理方舟子，眼
不见未净，哪有这么多事。方舟子就算一年三百六十五天一直骂他，实际上跟他在IT界

给你个我的case参考吧。我是Nebraska center的，5月5号查到card production，5月
13号到post decision activity，说13号已经sent出来approval notice， 17号收到
notice和card（13号到17号有个周末）

我就很奇怪，收到过receipt以后就没有收到过任何纸的notice了（receipt搬家的时候
也搞丢了，汗，幸亏receipt number还有email存底）我就是查到5月5号开始
production，我问了别人都说至少要10天才会寄出来，然后用receipt #查到13号寄出
来了notice（也没提寄出来卡了，只说寄出来approval notice，并且从最后一步倒回
了倒数第二步），然后17号收到了approval notice上面就贴着卡
也搞丢了，汗，幸亏receipt number还有email存底）我就是查到5月5号开始
production，我问了别人都说至少要10天才会寄出来，然后用receipt #查到13号寄出
来了notice（也没提寄出来卡了，只说寄出来approval notice，并且从最后一步倒回
了倒数第二步），然后17号收到了approval notice上面就贴着卡
