想请问各位大神，
在下于去年十月递交了485，当时J1豁免尚未批准，所以当时递交的是美国国务院的建
议豁免信和USCIS的I612收据。
昨天J1豁免终于approve了，想请问这样拿到最终approve的收据是否还需要向USCIS递
交材料？还是说USCIS的内部系统会自动更新？还是说只要等最终RFE再递交材料就好了？

我记得看过相关的文章，应该是等到RFE把材料补寄过去，是不是可以提前主动寄过去
不太清楚。
另外请教楼主一下，没拿到J1 waiver就提交485的话，一样可以90天后拿到EAD吗？谢

回国简单，记得在登机前交回I-94就完事。如中国馆，没有带大量的美金或电子产品不
用报关

我觉得语气过于生硬了 "is low if not very low" "not-a-thin chance..." "many v
alid reasons driven me to do this" 听着有点怪不诚恳。。。

写这种信要有底气，底气就是如果你跟这个老板闹翻了，你有退路，你可以很快
找到另一个职位，没有他的推荐信不会影响你找工作。如果你没有底气，那就要
低声下气很有礼貌地询问加薪的可能性。这封信的口气比较硬，也有点长/啰嗦。

我觉得lz应该把自己这几年对实验室的贡献和价值所在多说说，而不是光说自己干了有
多少年，那个似乎没什么太大说服力。many valid reasons得zkss。

嘿，写这么长谁耐烦看啊？就说和我差不多经历的人都比我高，能不能给长点就完了。
不要怕给老板提这种要求，在美国就是会叫的孩子才有奶吃

to be frankly, I don't think you can come up with a good letter (in terms of
wording) to your boss based on your English through this thread.
As a 3rd party, the tune of the letter makes me uncomfortable.
So I would suggest you to talk to your boss in person.
