想请教一下。我打算按某些gene的expression来sort细胞，
觉得这个MB是一个不错的选择。但是不知道这个是一个比较
容易的tech，像RNAi一样只要问公司买就行了，而且多半就
是work的；还是不容易work，设计很复杂?
另外，有没有推荐的公司？

补充一下，我说的是living cells里面的，不是taqman那种realtime probe

我靠，太亲切了，这年头竟然还有人用molecular beacons做imaging。
去那个发明MB的印度人的公司看看啊，我记得是提供全部设计的。

你用过？哪个公司啊？能不能给个link?
我只是想根据基因表达sort一些living cell，这种不是surface marker的
不能stain, promoter不清楚的做reporter麻烦而且慢，用MB是不是适用？

我以前在国内带我做实验的那哥们就是用molecular beacon tracking virus mRNA in
living cells。看了不少文献，没自己设计过，因为很贵不能拿来练手。不过听他说起
来应该挺容易的。而且国内也没有现成的做MB的公司，他都是自己设计的stem-loop结
构，文章最后还发在nucleic acid research了，应该挺靠谱的。设计参照这个网站http://www.molecular-beacons.com/#

也没搞清楚是研究所合作呢还是花钱公司买
