clinical trial或看治疗效果的病人群体吧?
至少我知道,不是什么病人都可以放在clinical trial的.他们先要被筛选,满足条件了才可以从事clinical trial.

cohort一般得说是很多很多病人，我的感觉起码得几百吧，如果几十个人就说cohort，
做统计的人恐怕会觉得好笑

Basically, cohort study means longitudinal study (over a period of time), it
is relative to cross-sectional study (a snap shot) .

Not necessarily true.
There are tons of papers that publish cohort studies with less
than 10 patients.

cohort不是根据数目而是根据病人特性来划分的
